We accept payment by cheque, standing order, bank transfer or cash.
We regret we are unable to accept credit/debit card payment.
We ask for two months rent when you first move into a storage unit, to cover the first and last months rent, thereafter storage charges are invoiced for monthly at the beginning of each calendar month.
When you move out, you only pay for the days you have used,
any overpayment will be refunded.
If you would like to book storage space, phone us on 01372 457855 . We do not have an automated phone answering system, you will get through to a person who can help you. If we are very busy or outside business hours, our answer machine may pick up your call, please leave a brief message, and we will return your call.
To start your Storage Unit Rental, we will require you to complete a simple form with your name, address, and telephone number; and pay two months rent when you first move into a storage unit, to cover the first and last months rent.
All Storage Units lock with a padlock which we can sell you, or you can supply your own, then you are free to move goods in at your convenience during opening hours, which are 9am – 5pm Mon to Fri and 9am – 12 noon Saturday (Closed Sundays & Bank Holidays).
